This Veterans Day, Warrior Golf Academy (WGA) will proudly participate in the Folds of Honor Veterans Day Golf Event at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club in Orlando, Florida. The event will bring together patriots, professional athletes, and corporate supporters to celebrate service, unity, and the power of golf to create lasting impact.

Warrior Golf Academy will be featured on a tee box during the event, where our team will share how golf is transforming lives — helping Veterans and First Responders heal, reconnect, and find new purpose through the game.
Our mission extends beyond the sport itself. Through structured training, mentorship, and PGA-aligned certification, WGA provides pathways into the golf industry — from caddie services and golf operations to turf management and teaching.
At Lake Nona, we’ll highlight how every swing, every lesson, and every shared story builds community and restores confidence — one Veteran, one First Responder, one swing at a time.

Founded by Lt. Col. Dan Rooney, Folds of Honor provides educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service members. The annual Veterans Day event at Lake Nona is a cornerstone of that mission — combining the spirit of competition with compassion and remembrance.
