Fort Lauderdale, FL — Warrior Golf Academy (WGA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in South Florida, is proud to announce a special 9/11 Remembrance and Recovery event hosted at Strokes N Drivers inside Sistrunk Marketplace. This event will be a powerful day of healing, unity, and tribute—honoring the 441 first responders who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, while helping Veterans and First Responders discover purpose and community through golf.

“This day is more than remembrance ; it’s about recovery through purpose,” said Jonathan Sessa, 100% Disabled Army Veteran, PGA Coach, and Founder of Warrior Golf Academy. “Golf saved my life. Now we use it to save others.”
Warrior Golf Academy offers free golf training, mentorship, and career pathways to Veterans, First Responders, and their families. Through partnerships with organizations like SOCOM, TPC, MOAA, and others, WGA equips participants to become caddies, golf professionals, agronomy team members, and more, at no cost.
